    HarMoney Down Payment Assistance Program

    HarMoney is designed to help low to moderate income families with a credit score of 620 and below with funds to pay for some collections and/or down payment assistance towards the purchase of a new home. This conversation will discuss the program, how to register, what to expect and a more in depth discussion about the benefits.

    Participants will be expected to successfully complete a 90-day program (with 12 weekly sessions) learning about credit, savings, money management and home ownership. Program is open to residents of Oakland County.

    The next class will begin on Monday, February 8, 2021.
